HOW IT WORKS:
1. Call, text, or click below to book a time for your inspection

2. We go to the property and do a thorough home inspection
This typically takes anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on the size and condition of your home. We encourage you to join the process so we can inform you about the home as we inspect, or you are welcome to not be present. Either way, you will get all the information you need in a clearly written report with photos after the inspection is completed.
3. We provide a detailed report by email within 24 hours
Reports are usually delivered the same day but always within 24 hours of the inspection. If you need your report to be rushed just let us know in advance so we can let you know if it is a possibility.

I am an InterNACHI certified property inspector, AHIT trained and certified, as well as NRSB radon certified. I have ten years experience professionally in construction focusing primarily on insulation, ventilation, fire protection, and improving energy efficiency in residential and commercial properties. I have a Master’s degree in Education and spent eight years as a Middle School Social Studies Teacher. I enjoy educating customers through the inspection process and I value communication, ensuring my reports are accurate and thorough yet clear and easy to understand.
